4 Tips for Speaking English Fluently and Confidently

1. Much ⟶ για μη μετρήσιμα ουσιαστικά

 🧂 How much sugar do you want?

 Many ⟶ για μετρήσιμα ουσιαστικά

 🍎 How many apples are there?

💡 Remember: “much” με uncountable, “many” με countable nouns.

2. Past Simple: something finished in the past

    ⟶ I visited London last year.

    

   Present Perfect: something that happened at an unspecified time or still matters now

    ⟶ I have visited London twice.

   Think: Is it finished or still connected to now?

3. A / An: όταν μιλάμε γενικά

    “I have a cat.”

    The: όταν αναφερόμαστε σε κάτι συγκεκριμένο

   “The cat is sleeping on the sofa.”

   Tip: “An” πριν από φωνήεντα ➡️ an apple, an idea.

4. Their / There / They’re

   • Their = possession → Their house is big.

   • There = place → Let’s go there!

   • They’re = they are → They’re happy today.

   Μικρές διαφορές, μεγάλη σημασία! 😉
